About School of Natural Sciences
Launched in August 2011, the School of Natural Sciences (SNS) is a pioneering effort for the creation and dissemination of knowledge in the field of natural sciences under the aegis of the Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR.
The School of Natural Sciences aims to provide an international ambience in a local setting with innovative and engaging teaching methods, globally benchmarked curricula, world class faculty, and key partnerships in research. The institute encourages group learning and provides value-added hard and soft skills workshops along with key internships each summer. Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes have been designed on the basis of Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR's underlying philosophy of interdisciplinary and research-led learning.
Located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh and set amidst an integrated, self-sustaining, fully residential green campus, the School of Natural Sciences combines research and education at the undergraduate level itself. The School of Natural Sciences will provide meritorious applicants with scholarships, internships and other opportunities to enable them to get the finest education.
Mission
Since 2011, the mission of SE has been to serve the higher learning needs of India and the global community. We are specifically designed to create innovators, leaders, and frontrunners in all fields of technology and intend to serve as an institutional model of excellence in scientific and technical education. Above all, we intend to create a learning atmosphere that remains student-first and curiousity-driven positioning research as an institutional priority.

The School of Natural Sciences is integral to Shiv Nadar University's vision of becoming an institution of global stature and impact. We provide students with an international environment in a local setting with innovative and engaging teaching methods and offer a wide range of physical and biological sciences subjects across Chemistry, Life Sciences, Mathematics, and Physics at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
